*anything fried
*anything with caffine
*ibuprofen
My arm has been hurting, so i read about it in a book and this is what it said, "you may be showing the first signs of a heart attack. This is not a possibly unless you smoke, have high blood pressure, or HIGH CHOLESTEROL." I have a feeling I'm going to be at the doctors a lot in the next month or so.
Swimming went pretty crappy today, i dont feel like i'm mentally swimming my best, but my body keeps disagreeing.
I'm tired.
I hope you call me tonight, i miss your voice.
Amanda and I are going running around nine.
I want a new car.
