[Anyone passing by 912 Bilko today will find that, for once, something isn't blowing up, despite the fact that a certain alchemist still lives there. Um... well... I'm not sure! They just keep saying 'Chimu', but they're really cute, don't you think? And they like pie, too!

I guess it could be something sort of like that. In my world they've been come a bit rarer then they used to be, but there are still a lot of them. They make alchemy easier and if an alchemist can make a contract with one they gain special abilities and can make stronger items.
