The Perfect Scoop, has a recipe for strawberry rhubarb sorbet. Perfect! Fresh strawberry flavor (it's the jamminess of the cooked strawberries that I object to), tart rhubarby goodness! Think I'll throw in a shot of triple sec before I spin it. The tequila in last week's blood orange/orange/strawberry sorbet was a nice addition, plus kept it scoopable.
