UPDATE: Here's my attempt to build a handy chart of all permissions. If you see anything wrong here, lemme know!
Don't you love alliteration? :3 Players at digital_dive can safely ignore this - for one, this is a very different Pidonus - more evil, and the sidekick to someone rather short on morals herself.
Pidonus, being a Succubus, is loaded with permission-mandating powers. I politely ask that you please provide notes here for characters. Keep in mind that I will still try to speak with you specifically before setting anything up (particularly in case of new characters).
First thing's first: Pidonus is Neutral Evil, with few restraints. That said, she's also smart, and very VERY concerned about fucking up her world. She'll have locked her worst abilities - those that touch people's souls - so that they only work on her homeworld and don't come up - EVER - in play. Her logic? She's not sure if souls are subject to something akin to the laws of thermodynamics where adding energy to a closed system - even if that system is a chain of several planes of existence - causes things to go all malarky. No point chancing it.
That said, Pid enjoys using her powers to prank people in various ways. This can get pretty creative and comical. Worse, she's pretty good at knowing the rules enough to toe lines, and (thanks to Calista) will easily have the money to pay off fines.
Powers/things that she needs OOC permission to use:
1) Pidonus can shapeshift to look like any humanoid female (the definition's fairly loose, but she couldn't copy, say, Cheryl Bugg), and is prone to doing so as a way of causing trouble. (Technically, she can disguise herself as sufficiently-trap-like/bishounen males, at least as long as clothes stay on, but don't mention that too loudly.) For your characters, do I have permission to do this, and if so, for what kinds of strangeness?
2) Pidonus' charms can be either natural, or supernatural in nature, the latter convincing people who would otherwise be unfriendly to be friendly or even lustful towards her by virtue of her sheer presence. Does she have permission to charm your character, and how far? (Note that I don't plan to write actual sex scenes.)
3) Pid's control isn't just charms. She can hypnotize people by holding their gaze, and even slip magic into words that will attempt to compel people to use them. Unlike Evangeline, Pid won't have schemes with this, just petty pranks and occasional fanservice hijinks of the harmless-but-embarassing nature. Would you allow her to mess with your character's head a little for some kind of petty strangeness (and if you have specific ideas/requests, state them)?
4) One of the most interesting powers Pid has, from a head-screw standpoint (for the reader and for the victim) is being able to enter people's dreams while they sleep. When she does this, she can influence the dream fairly strongly, use her magics on the person (with the effects potentially persisting to the waking world), or just hide and observe. Surprisingly, she rarely uses this one for evil/silliness because she views it as annoying; it's safe to assume she'll only do this for plot reasons. Permission is requested, regardless.
5) Pid's a potential fourth-waller, though she generally won't say it to anyone's face directly. That said, she'll often end up playing/watching/reading/enjoying doujin content of someone's canon as they come into her room. Permission is requested for this in case it's someone who hasn't been fourth-walled.
5.5) Pid often randomly glomps people. No magic or anything, it's basically just a silly thing she does. Keep in mind she wears an extreme fanservice outfit, so comic discomfort can ensue. Permissions? :O
