Author's notes: Kinda AU in the way the Rose and #10 have been living together for a couple of months.
Rose stood up from bed, rubbing her eyes sleepily. Feet padded softly on the white carpet of her new apartment. She heard clanking coming from the kitchen and then the kettle whistling.
“Morning, beautiful. Tea?” He asked as she entered the room.
“Yes please.” Rose replied and smiled. He passed her a mug and leant in to kiss her,
“Uh-uh!” She said shaking her hand in front of his face, “Bad morning breathe.”
“I could care less.” He smirked then leant in again and kissed her lightly on the lips.
“Oh! I almost forgot,” He bent down on one knee, “Will you, Rose Tyler-“
Rose stopped breathing; her heart was beating so fast she could feel it all the way down at her feet.
“Do my washing for me today?”
Rose rolled her eyes and sighed, she muttered “sure.” and walked slowly down the hall, a small pout on her face.

She continued to gaze at it when a male voice interrupted her.
“So?” he asked from behind her. She turned to face him.
“So, what?” She replied, hiding her excitement and the smile that was going to burst from her lips at any moment.
“Will you marry me?” he said, looking down at the ground and moving his foot on the carpet nervously.
The grin on her face finally showed itself. She threw herself at him, jumping into his arms and embracing him tightly, “Yes.” she whispered in his ear.
