5. She's easy to look at
"Being sexy is being confident. It's important to know you don't have to have silicone breasts falling out and a thigh-high skirt. Sometimes you meet people and they think, 'Another cute little blonde actress.' That's not who I am."
Obviously not the most convincing reason, but it's true. She's a natural beauty and it shows that she's comfortable with herself, which just makes her all the more pretty.
4. She's classy
"It sounds clichéd, but when women turn 30 they find themselves. You become more comfortable in your own skin. Last night on Letterman I wore this skintight Herve Ledger dress. Two years ago, three years ago? I would never have worn it."
While she might not be the most fashionable person in the world, she manages to stay classy and still look good. She never overdoes it and it never looks tacky. Instead she seems to have her own unique style and she puts on what she wants to wear.
3. She does charity
"You'll never know what you're capable of if you don't try."
Being the ambassador for Care and having taken nudity photos to help raise money for Coalition of Skin Diseases, I think it's fair to say that she does care. It shows that she's willing to help others as she doesn't just give away money to various charities but she actually gets involved with them.
2. She doesn't give up
"Basically I only like to choose films that I don't understand. As long as they're greater than my mental capacity, I figure I gotta be doing something artful, right? Isn't that what makes something art when you don't understand it?"
None of us can know for sure what roles Sarah has been offered in the last couple of years. Nor can we know whether or not she picks the ones she's interested in or if she simply takes what she can get. Either way, she's a highly underrated actress who seems to keep a positive outlook nonetheless. We can only hope that she might get some more recognition once Veronika Decides to Die premieres.
1. She's real
"We need to show that women can be funny, smart and all-around powerful. Of course, we always knew we could, people just didnt give us the chance."
The main reason that I love this woman so much is that she's so "normal". In the sense that she doesn't change herself only because she happens to be famous. She still talk as fast as she has always done, she still laughs as hard and she doesn't mind making a fool out of herself. She doesn't remind me of the typical celebrity whose only concern is whether or not their hair is good enough. She's real.
