Another 270-odd words of my story, mostly just Wen Ning thinking about what he has gotten into with his new 'pet' and that people will not like it... and I fiddled with the descriptions as well.

Wait, I'm a bit confused. Is his new 'pet' the spider demon?

Good word count, though.

Yep, it's a baby and scared when Wen Ning comes across it, he is a sweetie (that's canon, he is the official cinnamon roll) so he doesn't kill it and sort of adopts it...

I don't think I would like it. But good progress!

That's half the fun - when a monster is also a scared baby monster, what do you do?
