I missed posting yesterday. We had a family gathering for our grandson's baptism. So I only got in a couple of sentences and just never got back to it.

Today I worked on the story for an hour. Very few new words, just a lot of thumb twiddling over some revisions. Blah.

Just a little bit is all that will be happening, I am afraid.
I took an honest look at my calendar and to-do list for November and I. I really didn't realize how much I have going on. We have 14 guests for a party on Sunday and we have house guests the week after and 25 guests for Thanksgiving and I am feeling very overwhelmed. So to be honest I will probably not be around much. But I am going to try as hard as I can to use my relaxation time to write a few sentences and then I will stop in here once in awhile. But as you can see, my daily commitment has flown right out the window. I wish you good luck with your writing and if you don't hear from me, it's not because I'm ghosting you. I'm cooking and cleaning LOL

Good Lord, where do you put all those guests? Onto the shelves or onto the roof?

LOL we actually have a large room in this house for gatherings, an addition the previous owner had made, and it was probably the main reason we bought the house! I think we've been here 9 years now.
Lots of parties:) Perfect gathering place for friends and family, and we're the only ones who have the room, so... wheee!

It's been a long time, but I do have a breather for a few days before the Thanksgiving preparations begin on Tuesday:)

November is much busier than I expected.

It was a lovely mass, and then a family luncheon in the church's meeting room. A very nice day!
