...A year, huh.

...Has it really been that long?

[Still tiny and adorable by the way, until said otherwise by the Reaper I think. Voice is accidentally picked up by Yuuki's crow (as he's currently at her place at the moment) since his own crow is currently batshit and all as well]

...? [he'd almost forgotten that Yuuki was there] Ah, nothing, just...thinking about everything that's happened since I've been here...

[It's kind of depressing, really, to think you've been dead for a whole year. Still, there is a bright spot or two in it all-it wasn't a boring year and there were a few people that kept things nice and interesting, in comparison to if he had ended up in the Dark World back home, in eternal darkness.]

I thought I- [there's a slight pause as if he's almost about to change it to "we" rather than "I", but it ends up staying the former] would of been back home by now. But seeing as I'm still here...

Even though it's a bit depressing, I wouldn't have met you if it wasn't for this place. I would like to go home as well, but it's not really a matter of choice. I didn't ask to go home when I was here before.

Hmm... [That...raises a good point, actually. Yuuki managed to get home once before, before ending up back here. That had to mean something that it was possible to go back home somehow, right? It wouldn't hurt to ask, even if there was the likelihood Yuuki didn't remember how she had.]

[sounding curious now] Then how did you go home the first time? Did you just suddenly wake up and find yourself back home or something? Or do you not remember?

Yeah, I woke up and I was in my bed. I don't... think I remembered anything about this place, but I'm not too sure.

... [She had a point there. Sure, he didn't really like most of the people here in Sheol. But there were a few people that were decent. Joshua wasn't one of them, obviously, but, as he won't admit, he keeps things interesting. Detritus and Kuja were interesting to talk to sometimes too, at least before Detritus left.

And then there was Yuuki. Probably the only person he could think of that seemed to genuinely care about him. Which, deep down...was a really nice feeling, all potential paranoid skepticism near non-existent. Not like he would admit that out loud-he had never been good with emotions.

In otherwords, THOUGHTFUL VAATI IS THOUGHTFUL. :|b]
