Oh my god you guys signing up for teaching Survey of European Literature is my biggest mistake I've made over here.

I don't know how to teach this shit

I'm trained for teaching EFL, English as a Foreign Language, not a content course

I know the information, but I don't know how to teach it

I don't know how to distill it

I don't know how to turn it into a course students can learn from

how the fuck do I explain any of this? how do I tell what happened, when it happened? How to do I encompass how fucking complicated European History is? those philosophies over time? And how do I talk about the showing of those philoisophies in literature

god I am kicking myself in the fucking HEAD for saying yes to this class

I like the lit. Ihave no idea how to teach it.

I am a week away from the class, and I can't back out now.
