[repost] ifangirl edition: a huge picspam [part 2]

Aug 25, 2009 08:58

This is the second part of my ifangirl posts. People I love because they're talented&awesome&pretty&funny.
The list goes in alphabetical order.

Paul Bettany
I saw him first on The Reckoning, but I fell for him watching Wimbledon (he looks really good on that one). And no, I haven't watch yet The Da Vinci Code. And I'll never watch it because a) the book sucks, and b) Tom Hanks turns me off. A lot.

Patricia Clarkson
She's amazing and so underrated. I loved her first on High Art. She always has this little indies jewels that I really dig (like The Station Agent)

George Clooney
Yes, he's sexy, and yes, he's so popular it's disgusting. But i can't help myself: I like him. Probably since ER, but definitely after Ocean's 11. Not the best actor ever, but he's hot. Hell, even Ellen DeGeneres loves the guy!

Elvis Costello

Man, I love his voice. He's so talented and he looks like a geek, and he's married with Diana Krall and Alison is probably one of my favorite songs ever (Although, I still prefer Aznavour's version of She. In french). But my favorite of his is God, give me strength. So beautiful and sad.

Johnny Depp
He's talented and hot. And no, I'm not a fan of Pirates (I only watched the first. Very meh). I like him the best when he's working with Burton because the result is always something amazing. And I loved him with Kate Winslet on Finding Neverland.

Zooey Deschanel
My favorite character of Almost Famous was hers, not Penny. Why? Because she guides his brother into good music, and I did that with my brother, so I always say that I'm Anita Miller *g*. She's quirky and adorable, she's getting married with the lead of DCFC, and she's the half of She&Him.

Taye Diggs
How Stella..., my gahd! He was so hot there. And then he appeared on TWW and yes, i love him. And his wife is adorable!

Eva Green
Oh, Eva, i saw you first on The Dreamers... man, you're good. And hot, and french damn it! And your role in Arsene Lupin may be bland but you look pretty (actually, that whole movie is pretty. KST in special)

Jon Hamm
I have to include him on my lust list because he's new on my radar... and I got the hots for him. Really.

PJ Harvey
Part of the holy trinity of the '90s (next to tori and bjork), I knew about her thanks to MTV (MTVLA was good back in the day). She's my second favorite singer, right after Tori.

Terrence Howard
He's beautiful. I don't like to use that term on men, but he just is. His eyes, in special. And he's talented too: I really liked him on The Brave One.

Hugh Jackman
A.K.A. El rudo que llora from now on *g*. Uffff, he has the muscles and the talent. Plus, he's an aussie.

Angelina Jolie
New on my list of fangirling, but not in my life: my mom's a huge fan of her since she saw Gia. She used to ask me for her movies or magazines and I never paid too much attention to her until last year, when I watched A Mighty Heart. I kind of "discover" her then. Also, Mr & Mrs Smith is one of my guilty pleasures (it fits in my category "so bad it's good again").

Diane Keaton
She's so smart and funny and one of the greatest actresses ever. I love her photography too, and her sense of style. She doesn't care about the fashion, she just enjoy clothes.

Catherine Keener
I don't remember where I saw her first. I just know that I love to see her on the screen.

Keira Knightley
Yes, she's pretty, but she's talented too. You just have to watch beyond that beauty. I like her since Bend it like Beckham.

Julianne Moore
One of my favorite redheads!!! And she's so funny and simple and talented.

Alessandro Nivola
I remember watching Lauren Canyon and falling for the lead of the band (Ian), then I saw him on Junebug and I liked him even more. He has a great voice, he's hot and a great actor.

Simon Pegg
A.K.A. mellafe's boyfriend. I love how much of a geek he is. And his talent. And his hair. And his best friend *g* I would love to just hang out with him because he's so funny.

Michelle Pfeiffer
I follow her since The Witches of Eastwick. I loved her more in The Fabulous Baker Boys and, of course, Dangerous Liaisons. She was huge back in the 90's and suddenly she just vanished. I still haven't watch Stardust or Hairspray, but I saw her on Inside The Actor's Studio and one of the students couldn't look at her while asking a question because she was so beautiful it made him nervous.

Susan Sarandon
She was an activist before it was cool, she's talented, funny, has an amazing husband and is beautiful. Even as an evil stepmother, she's stunning.

Meryl Streep
Come on: how can you not put her on your list? She's amazing. The best actress alive. There's Kat Hepburn, Streep and then the rest (ok, it's Hepburn, Streep, Blanchett and the rest, but I may be biased). She's simply the best.

Denzel Washington
I get inspired everytime I watch him on the screen, even when he plays the bad guy (like in Training Day). His talent goes beyond words. Plus, he gets hotter with the years.

There's more people, but I really don't know if I'll do that list because, making this one? Took me almost A YEAR.
