Well timed leap

It looks like I changed ISPs just in time.  Hostonce seem to be disappearing every couple of days and in the last bounce all my database connections have vanished which means that the Ahadi cards are no longer showing.  I could reset them but at the moment I'm trying to get them working on the one.net server.  I finally managed to export my Access databases to MySQL as required, but for no apparent reason it doesn't like the SQL code I'm using, which worked without a problem before.

Anyway, my question for people is:  should I just move to werepenguin.com permanently (and let werepenguin.net lapse next year/when hostonce go bust), or is it worth the effort to tranfer werepenguin.net onto the new server*?

* It's probably possible to simply pay a small amount each year for the name to map it onto .com, but I'm not sure that I want the expense.

Thoughts?
