Health round-up

The lack of entries are to do with... tiredness.  What a surprise.  I wish I knew what caused my fatigue (and how much was mental).  My lungs have been playing up a little, although according to my acupuncturist last week there isn't much damp, just heat.  My osteopath also found me somewhat tight around the diaphragm and upper ribs this morning.  While I did feel somewhat more energised yesterday morning, lack of sleep soon caught up with me (similarly this afternoon).  The good news is that my diabetes is remaining good - if I take more than about 25 units of insulin at a meal I get a hypo.

I suspect that in reality I'm not as bad as I feel, but that I am short of interesting projects.  I have some writing to do - writing up Back to the Fold,  reviewing books - but that requires me to have time and energy at home.  I am meant to be coding Rage for GatlingWeb but it is looking decidedly scary at this moment which is preventing progress;  in fact starting a new project to create a Rage template for MSE seems more tempting, because at least it is manageable and I can see the results.  It actually has its plus points, since a large part of it is placing various parts of a Rage card in the right place, which is pretty much a transferable skill to GatlingWeb.  Plus, as I say, I can see and test the results.  And of course, without a means to play Rage or Babylon 5, design work there is pretty empty.  I do have work I've volunteered to do for the church, but nothing much I can do about it yet.

*sigh*
