Mamimi [+++]: Mamimi has grown on him like a weed. While he originally took her under his tutelage out of sheer boredom, he became quite fond of the slightly mentally unhinged girl. Her outlook on humanity is strikingly similar to his: Full of disprovable and disdain. While he won't admit it, he worries about her, and should anything happen to her he would be distraught.
Elphaba[+++]: Piccolo trusts Elphaba not to judge him. She's seen him at his humblest and still treated him with respect. He understands her aversion to people, and really enjoys his time being anti-social with her. Not to mention she's green, can't go wrong with green. However he's still very apprehensive about her finding out about his violent nature.
Zidane[++]: He thinks the kid has potential. His technique needs work, but there's talent there. Given the first opportunity Piccolo would like to beat him up daily under the guise of training train him to be a better fighter.
Jack Sparrow[+]: Piccolo finds Jack rather fascinating. Despite how much his incessant rambling annoys him, Piccolo can't bring himself to vaporize the pirate. Perhaps it's because he has become rather fond of his 'headache medicine'.
James[+]: Piccolo is fully aware that James is one of those goody-goody save all the humans hero types. Which Piccolo finds incredibly obnoxious. However he has extended that kindness to Piccolo, leaving him wary but unable to outright hate him.
Conan[-]:Conan is another one that confuses Piccolo. When he first encountered Conan he was a minor annoyance. On their second encounter (while Piccolo was taunting him like the mature adult he is) Conan gave him one of the best verbal beat downs he had gotten for a while. A disgrace he would not soon forget. However, not even half a second after Piccolo tried to off him, Conan turned around and tried to help him. Piccolo now feels that he owes Conan something in return.
Holmes[-]: He only met Holmes briefly, while both of them seemed rather down on their luck. He felt a kinship with him for the brief moment there but the moment has past and Holmes is nothing more than a stranger to him.
Chocolat[-]: Little brat flew right into him and kicked him in the face, but she's just a kid... so he let it go... THAT ONE TIME.
Touya[-]: Despite being treated INCREDIBLY poorly by Piccolo on their first encounter, Touya still reached out to help Piccolo when he had fallen ill, giving him a hard time all the while. This successfully confused the crap out of Piccolo who now really doesn't know how to make heads or tails of this kid. However he knows he's indebted to him.
Lily[xxx]: Not only did she interrupt his meditation but she also silenced him. A very poor combo. He now refuses to speak to Lily. At all.
Kuja[xxxxx]: Kuja has successfully taken Piccolo's ego, threw it on the floor, shattered it, stepped on it, spit on it, and now frequently goes out of his way to rub it in his face. Piccolo might have taken a lose from anybody else far more gracefully... but Kuja of all people? Not so much. His pride is battered and broken after his defeat by Kuja.
