School... *sigh* and a First-time High-School Dance Survival Guide
How far am I into school now? pretty far I guess. No time! AAh!
Dance yesterday. Here's the basic go-around and survival guide:
7:00: Dance started. Well, the new kids obviously didnt get the message that no one is supposed to arrive on time. One or two of the teachers decided to dance, and they pretty much moved the 30-odd people there into one tiny corner.... interesting. TIP: arrived at LEAST 10 min late.
7:30: Wow! People are here! *gasp* Now the dancing starts. TIP: Observe for a few moments when entering. There are things you should and shouldnt do in certain environments. Trust me, if you value your life, observe.
7:40: NOW the dirty dancing. Yep. They're just making out on the dance floor. Get a room! TIP: No little bros or sisters...
8:00: How on earth did those guys sneak th booze in? The teachers did BAG CHECK. Did you hide it in the bathroom b4 school? Turns out half the grade 11's will be so drunk that they'll be suspended. One had their stomache drained. TIP: Dont drink there. Once again, observe. See the results, THEN play your cards
8:30: OMG me, the one that never dances, actually does a slow dance! I had about 12 people pointing and staring... *hides* cruel, cruel world. TIP: It's not serious in High School. SO dont sweat it. unless you have a crowd like me.
9:00: I didnt know it could get any dirtier. Wrong. TIP: dont assume things.
10:00: Last song: Dance with anybody. even the loner in the corner, it doesnt matter. TIP: dont be alone for the last song.
Well, there's the general. Also, bring water and wear short sleeves and either shorts or light pants. or a skirt. it gets so hot in there! *cough* friction *cough*
