Happy 50th Valentine Birthday to the hubby
Last weekend was the high school's musical The Little Mermaid. The students did a wonderful job. the youngest child wasn't happy that she had to do the musical. Tonight is the cast party. She had a great time with all her friends. It was a joy to watch my last child perform.
Tuesday hubby was diagnosed with Flu A. He was directed by the doctor to go home and don't leave the house until Monday for work. Gave him a script for Tamaflu (sp?). I had to take the youngest to her doctor for a check up. She is good. Mentioned to the doctor about hubby. She asked when he was diagnosed. told her that morning. She asked about the rest of us. Said we were fine. So she ordered the three of us Tamaflu and said to eat something before taking it. So he is improving then feels miserable.
The eldest child has been subbing for her dad this week as well as housesitting, dog sitting and now she's a nanny for a few days. Sadly her car decided to give her some problems. grrrr.
Myself, I'm good. yesterday was a day about poop. had quite a few parents mention their kids are having poop issues. unfortunately, the day couldn't end there. no i had a person call and get very shitty with me. One day earlier this week I went over to the nurse to check my blood pressure. It read 162/100. She asked if I had been taking my meds. I have been. of course that was another person who was crappy with me before my bp was taken. wonder if turning 50 has something to do with it. it took me a few minutes to remember the journal site live journal.. or maybe i'm just tired after a busy day. did have another person get crappy with me today. oh well life goes on..
hoping your week went well but an awesome weekend would be better.
