Went to the Apple Orchard in Greenville today. It was a great time. I will post pictures on my webshots soon. A short rundown of the day is like so:
We drove out to greenvile...exciting I know.
Then we walked around the main part of the orchard. We attempted to do a "pumpkin" maze. That was slightly embarrassing since all these little kids could figure it out but 4 college students couldn't. We got it eventually though. Then we rode on these trike things. I was totally in the lead until this little kid cut me off and jeremy got ahead of me. cheater. Then we rode the enchanted pumpkins to the pumpkin patch. I tried to find the perfect little pumpkin, but was not successful. There was however a lot of good big pumpkins. We then went into the store and I bought some cider for matt and some apple butter for my dad for christmas. we then decided it was time to hit the orchard. we were gonna pick a lot more apples but you had to buy the bag to put them in and it was 9 dollars. I wasn't gonna pay that much, so we just went and picked one to eat. April failed at her first few attempts at apple goodness but finally got one that she could hang on to. They were huge. I couldn't eat the whole thing. After that we were back on our way home. It was a pretty good time though.
After all that I went over to matt's to play some tiger woods golf. I was alright. I had some good shots and some not so good shots. I stopped at the gas station on the way home to get a large coffee so that I can stay up and work til 3:30.
