(no subject)
So I had a talk with her today. It went really well. She and I are on the same page about our general situation, which I kinda expected given how similar we are =)
I was right on with where she's at and it's good that I'm not pushing anything; I'm taking things slow and easy, no matter how difficult that may be for me hahaha. But she also definitely sees a lot of potential for an 'us' and neither of us have met someone we're just so similar to. And she was as nervous as I was about our seeing each other Tuesday night. We both were kinda wanting to see if there was or could be any chemistry, and we both felt something, so yay for that! =D
But we both know that this distance thing sucks. Not that its all that much of a distance. 35 minute car ride. But yea...I definitely need to get driving soon so she and I can spend sometime just hanging out together. That way we can gauge whether the potential is really real.
So in the meantime I've been looking into bus schedules and stuff. I know I can hop a peter pan bus that'll take me from waterbury to new britain, but that also costs $50 round trip. But apparently i can also finagle a CT transit bus pass. and that runs 3.25 for an all-day local pass. but i would probably have to make 2 or 3 or more changeovers which will ramp up the cost to about $10-15ish which is definitely better than $50.
So with any luck, I'll be able to finagle some visiting time with her and we'll just see where life takes us =)
