You know how sometimes people on your friend’s list post about stuff going on in their life, and all of a sudden you think “Wait a minute? Since when are they working THERE? Since when are they dating HIM/HER? since when???” And then you wonder how you could have missed all that seemingly pretty standard information, but somehow you feel too ashamed to ask for clarification because it seems like info you *should* already know? It happens to all of us sometimes.

First Name: Adam. Some people from high school occasionally refer to me as Pickles, and Spanky and sometimes Jewbacca still call me God/Jesus.
Age: 21
Location: Naugatuck, CT. Epicenter of boredom.
Occupation: Recreational Enthusiast...which is a very fancy way of saying unemployed
Partner: Single for more or less ever. Partially cuz I'm not very interesting to women, and partially cuz I'm quite possibly a complete and total moron.
Kids: None that I'm aware of, and I plan on keeping it that way until my life makes (some vague semblance of) sense.
Brothers/Sisters: None, though for the longest time we got mail for my brothers Mike and Matt.
Pets: This humongous cat named Whiskers, but no one ever calls him that. It's typically mush (rhyming with push not rush) or, in my case, annoying fat shit. All he does in his old age is either lay by the back door meowing to go out or sleep. And I'm pretty jealous >.>

- Trying to iron out the transition between schools.
- Trying to find a job in a town where there are none.
- Trying to figure out what it is that I actually want to major in/do for the rest of my life
- Trying to get in shape.

Where and for what did you go to school for? Naugatuck High School: 2001-2005 for my high school diploma, University of Connecticut: 2005-2008 for Music Education, Music, Philosophy, and actually getting none of the above. Naugatuck Valley Community College: Present-Present for undetermined as of yet.
Parents: Will be celebrating their 29th anniversary in september. My mom, Janet, is like a gardening encyclopedia. She knows roughly everything about every plant. And that's not really an exaggeration. In the earlier years of my life, she didn't really have a long-running career. Worked in various industries, most prevalent in my mind are School Yearbook Photographer, School Bus Driver, and now she works in a greenhouse/plant wholesale/resale place. My dad, Dave, is a graphic artist/color correction specialist/photo retoucher. Or something to that effect. For the most part my mom and I have had a love/hate relationship over the years, though lately we've been on pretty good terms. I haven't pissed her off by breathing the wrong way or something, and she hasn't pissed me off being an uberbitch. My dad tends to always support me and helps me out whenever I need it. But typically when I'm home for the summer, he tends to become a bit of an asshole due to my lack of employment (though that's not a product of my lack of trying).
Who are some of your closest friends? __sampleinajar is my best friend, and she>you. warrior7224 and themightyheffer are some of my oldest friends (oldest in terms of how long I've known them, not age-wise). We go back to early elementary school and met in Cub Scouts back in the day and are still pretty close. naugyfilmaker,jedidirector20, brian, and dan are the guys I was closest with in high school. We still chill from time to time. mystchiefmaker is one of my newer friends (though newer in this case means almost 2 years) and she and I just have a ridiculous amount in common and we're pretty awesome.
