weekend
So this weekend was alot of fun actually.
On friday i was convinced to go to Hell for Rock n' Roll High School,So me, Allison, Nate, Meg, Mike, Cassie and Hannah went and saw some guy fall on his face and then Meg got punched in the chest and had the wind knocked out of her...(not so cool) But there were tons of people and the music was good and there was cheap beer.
Saturday had to wake up early and my ears where still blocked and i had to go to a nursing home to give facials to the staff and that was kind of a joke. We didn't have the right chairs or the right supplies but i somehow managed to be there for 5 hours....not really listening to anyone and almost falling asleep, smelling like club Hell.
Then on saturday went up to boston to hang out with ken, did some shoveling so people could make it to the party and then went to the store to get food and i decided to make pigs in a blanket or mini hotdogs....so i bought 50 of them. ken and i wrapped the dogs and there were two left without a blanket so i dared him to eat one raw so he told me he would if i did. WELL i totally did and then he read that they weren't cooked and spit his out. Pussy. ha ha ha (i got him back by ruining his ass groove in the couch by flipping the seat pads around)
At the party Brad brought these things that he called "warm buns" that are from china and they are filled with custard or lotus flower root and they were the most fabulous thing i have ever had. (i tried the lotus flower ones)
but you just boil water and place the buns on the top of the boiling water in a bowl and it steams them. it was the perfect thing to go with pigs in a blanket....fancy buns.
