damien rice- the blower's daughter (this is the most beautiful song i have ever heard, it has been played non-stop for the past week in west end 509)
kelly clarkson- gone (i don't know why, it is just catchy)
mariah carey- all i want for christmas is you (because it puts me in the mood for the holidays)
I have been emailing back and forth with my godmother and my cousin katie and it is making me muy excited for xmas break and less sad about not going to texas. I am really excited abot getting to spend time with just me and my grandparents in london and then just me and nan up in hull, i don't get enough alone time with my wonderful grandparentals. My godmother said that her hubby might be able to hook me up with a job with his catering company this summer and hopefully i can get myself somewhere to live with someone for a reasonable price. If i actually am able to live and work in London this summer my life will be complete. I will get to go to texas to see graduation and will be able to go to singapore for a while to see the parentals and get to go to vegas for my birthday but most of all i will get to live in the coolest city in the world (other than dc of course)
That is all thinking too far ahead considering i still have a paper to write tonight, studying for anthro and french tomorrow, anthro and french on tues., asian humanities on wed. and geography on thurs. I also really really need to do laundry and find some time to pack for england, find my passport and british money...so much to do and SO LITTLE TIME.
