  This Halloween we will again be at Disney. And I left the decision of costumes up to Andy since we're trying not to have me wear the pants all the time. At first he picked Popeye and Olive Oyl. Ok, not my frist choice. In fact it wouldn't have been my choice at all. But I was ready to order the costumes. Until

I would recommend the "Snow White" outfit wears in Act II, when she sings "Keep your Head Up, Billy Buddy."

It's a knee length yellow skirt, a blue tank top, red belt with a white buckle and a decorated white bolero cardigan sweater.

When I did it, I just wore a white cardigan, non decorated. I felt it really captured the feel of the Penny costume if not an actual reproduction. And I dyed my hair red!

Witch! I hate that I can't sew. Oh well, he's getting a generic then since I'm not willing to pay $100 for the coats that are out there.
