They're like normal canvas shoes, I didn't get blisters from mine at all. Material will also get softer after wearing!

Hey dear! Is red really red or probably more of the colour maroon?

The colour isn't exactly bright red so I would say slightly more to the maroon side.

I'd advise you follow the measurements instead. Measure soles of your other shoes and see which one would be a better fit for you? :)
Heel height for 0905 is around 1cm.
