John Scalzi, on not voting. (click)

Me, on voting:

Voting matters. It matters. A lot. To education. To women, and anyone who loves or likes a woman. To gay couples and their churches and friends and families. To anyone at risk of becoming ill or poor or old. To US soldiers, their friends and families, US taxpayers, and people around the world who don't want to see our nation launch another unjustified and ruinously expensive war. To the environment and anyone who wants to live in it. To all of us.

Thank you for voting; thank you for voting wisely.
