Sweet! How cute is your journal name?!
Brian and I have been watching Celebrity Fit Club, and I have been feeling yucky. Bought a pair of jeans couple days ago and they fit me fine. I knew they'd fit even better if I drop a few pounds. So I bought them. Well, went to put them on for the concert and they got on ok, but I didn't feel comfortable in them AT ALL.
If you want to pull together to help each other out, I'm there. I will start some kind of work out schedule and stick to it if I have someone backing me up. Brian's got his own thing and likes to do it alone. We walk/bike together (although if he's on the bike, I'm on the tredmill), but our schedules are really off. I'm thinking about getting a pedometer to see how much I walk in a week. Brian's mom has been doing that and she's walked between 25-35 miles a week! Amazing. She looks great too. (Saw pictures.)
There's also a website that does those commercials with the random doublechin on the grocery store floor. It's like smallsteps.org or something. I've been meaning to check that out for ideas. I've also hidden the stupid free snackies away so I forget they're here. I should just toss most of them and save them for dessert once a day. *sigh*
I'd like to join a gym, but there aren't any nearby. :P

OK! I could make us up twin workout calendars! I'll mail it to you with stickers to place on the days that you do what you are supposed to! I'll also include little excercises to do and stuff like that. How does that sound? Or maybe we can make our own and send each other pictures of them!! Ooh! Projects!!
