Feelin' hungry.......
Had a very irksome day today. Waiting at the bus stop this afternoon after uni, the bus stopped a few metres down the road because there were a few buses infront. A few of us went to the bus only to be told by the guy that we had to wait at the stop. For fucks sake, why couldn't the guy just let us on?
Wehn we EVENTUALLY got on the bus, we didn't find out until the last stop that it wasn't going the entire journey and stopped at Limehouse. Had to wait to get on a smaller, very packed D6.
Got to Asda, needed to use the photo machine (that was the whole point of me going) and found out that it was out of order. Fucking great, no? I spent my time and energy only to find the fucker wasn't working.
Lucky I had a monthly bus pass, otherwise it would've costed me even more to get home.
I needed a photo because the hospitality job I applied for need one. Fuckers.
Not to mention she wants me to go for an induction on Friday. Which means I miss Qin's lecture. Which isn't really bad, but not really good either.... I must remember to print out the notes sometime soon....
Also found out that the TARGETchances thing accepted my application, which means that I'm going Edinburgh in early November to do a kinda taster thingy on Fund Management. They've already sorted out accommodation for our time there, which means that we MAY or may not stay for the weekend. Although we probably will because we want to sorta celebrate Chi's birthday a little earlier. She doesn't really want to have a joint celebration with Kar so we're having a sorta birthday piss up while we're in Edinburgh.
Which means that Ell, ML, Chi and I will have to organise the hotel room and stuff separately from the TARGET thing. Bastards, making this trip even more complicated for us....
And apparrently, our hotel rooms have already been allocated to us so I get to share a room with someone I don't know....
Hmm.... We also gots to book our train tickets in advance if we want travel expenses to be reimbursed. EURGH!
Fuck, also gotta look for smart, work clothes! At the very least, I have a shirt, a suit and a pair of black trousers..... I don't intend on taking the suit though..... And we'll be taking our luggage around with us aparrently... Which means that we're lugging our bags/suitcases around. In smart clothes..... Watch the football-sized beads of sweat drip as we walk. Oh yeah, they want us to freakin' walk everywhere. BASTARDS! At least pay for TWO nights in the hotel! Or better yet, let the few of us organise our own hotel rooms!! NAMELY US!!! Then you can tell us to send our receipts to whatever address and you can reimburse us! Much easier that way!!

And am loving Keane's new album. Wasn't too keen on it when I first heard it, but now, I love it!
