I think it's possible that I've finished the internets.
Or anyways, I've finished the parts of it that include McKay/Sheppard fan fiction. I typically don't get involved in a fandom after it's been around a few (or six) years and it ends up taking *months* to make a dent in the fic archives. Now...well, what's happened with SGA is that I've caught up. In order to find new things to read I'm having to read actual new things. God, how do the rest of you do it? It's torture is what it is.
My plea: Does anyone on the flist have a story they can rec, one that they feel doesn't get enough love on the rec lists? Or have a rec list/site they can pimp? A lesser-known author that I may have missed? I've hit all the main lists, and all of del.icio.us, but I keep hoping that I've overlooked something.
A related question: would I like SG-1? I mean, do people that *love* SGA generally like SG-1 as well? I'm waffling on whether or not to netflix it, but I'm askeered of starting a new fandom when I've already got a perfectly good one. I'm really a one-fandom-at-a-time kind of person. It's all I have the time and attention span for.
