I'm a waitress as well.

It's fairly simple. You ask the people in the restaurant what they want to eat, then you tell that to the cook. When the cook has the food ready, you bring it back to the people.

The food's not heavy, and I happen to have an excellent sense of balance.

If you can carry things, you can be a waiter.

I can carry things just fine! Used to do it all the time back home. *Meaning carrying around supplies and possibly dead animals to eat over a fire place... same thing right? Right.*
