everything here is so serene.
the birds chirp harmonously; one sings happily in a high pitched tone as the other keeps a steady beat while it drills a small hole in the trunk of a tree. nightfall has cast an immense shadow over the large oak trees, giving the illusion of them containing no color. somehow the blackness makes them seem so mysteriously gorgeous as their limbs shake from the transporting squirells, leaping elegantly from limb to limb. the fire flies glow an entising shade of lime green, full and bursting with color before they delicately fade into the night only to reappear spontaneously. the sky above seems like a canvas; painted a dark shade of blue with only two stars right above the ground, burning and shining brightly making the whole scene that much more idealistic. soft breezes tickle the bodies of the yellow knee-high grasses, as they sway and whisper to the crickets rubbing their antenae together in a melancholic tune. it feels great to finally breathe. it feels good to finally appreciate nature and get the privlidge to actually observe the world as it was meant to be. it's nights like this that make any landscape seem utterly perfect. it's nights like this that make the light chuckle of an ongoing waterfall enchanting. it's nights like this where you can finally breathe; nights like this to finally feel real. it's night like this i wish you were here.
