The Fave Character Meme

1. Weiß Kreuz: Omi-- guessed by pither Omi narrowly edges out Ken as my favorite. I’m drawn to bright, friendly and visibly compassionate characters like him that just make you think fluffball. But he’s so much deeper than that, and it’d take an essay to cover how. And I’m in love with the leadership ability and seniority he has when you’d never expect it from his personality in the flower shop and comparative age to the other three. (It also doesn’t hurt that he’s got kidnapping angst which is a fetish of mine, meep.)
2. Naruto: Shikamaru-- guessed by pyroclastica As much as I love Orochimaru and worship him as a villain, Shikamaru is the one that I adored most while watching the series. He reminds me a lot of myself in his being intelligent but unmotivated. It’s very realistic, and he puts a comedic spin on the combination. I love that he snoozes through class and just has this flat-eyed BLAH look for most everything but he’s so good at focusing when it’s serious and showing how much he cares. He’s compassionate without being cuddly, and like Omi, an unexpectedly good leader.
3. One Piece: Luffy-- guessed by pyroclastica He’s insane XD He’s such an idiot savant, oblivious to some of the most simple concepts of human nature and needs and yet able to read the deepest levels of emotion and drive that allow him to intuitively understand things that no one else does, all while simultaneously missing everything that’s obvious to everyone else. Mostly though I love him because he’s both a sweetheart and hilarious.
4. Digimon: Koushirou-- guessed by shiva_chan I’m really not sure what drew me to Koushirou. He’s intelligent, he’s cute (at least I think he is), he’s introverted, and I can really relate to the way he holed up socially onto his computer because of difficulty making friends. I love the character he grew into for 02, a solid pillar of support and help to the team that provided information and research and frequently advice on strategies. He’s another of those types that makes wonderful leader material but that frequently goes unrecognized.
5. Star Ocean EX
6. Gravitation: Shuichi-- guessed by pither Attack of the sugarball attraction again. He’s wild, uncontrollable and extreme, especially with his emotions (hee hee and Seki love <3). And he’s cute beyond words XD So sweet and yet so obnoxious. The most loveable brat you’ll ever meet.
7. Yami no Matsuei
8. Prince of Tennis: Dan Taichi-- guessed by kaesekuchen Cuteness squared ;o; Gods, this kid could give you cavities he’s so much sugar. Bright, bouncy, boyish, and full of determination and optimism.
9. Gundam Wing: Quatre and ______-- Quatre guessed by kaesekuchen Quatre. Another sweetheart, and another unexpectedly good leader. I really don’t remember much about this series, but I know he was very gentle and kind in nature, and his little lapse in sanity midway through the series was fun 8D
10. Azumanga Daioh: Osaka-- guessed by taichi_chan Anime stereotypes typically run with the more introverted characters also being the more intelligent ones. Such is not the case with Osaka, who is both quiet and practically brain-dead to the rest of the world XD Oblivious and dorktastic, Osaka frequently reminds me of myself and my brain that just can’t seem to pay attention when it’s supposed to and instead starts thinking about the most inane or pointless things. She gets lost in her own little world and can’t always find her way back to reality. She’s adorable and hilarious and WEIRD.
