General Guidelines

• The pictures are intended as inspiration; the subject of your picture can appear in your story, as part of the title, or simply act as a starting point. Be creative, and have fun!
  
• As always, all stories must be exactly 1000 words in length. No more, no less!
  
• Any fandom, pairing, rating or genre is welcome, including crossover, RPF or original fiction.
  
• If the muse strikes, participants may write more than one story based on their picture, so long as each is a completely separate, free-standing story.
  
• All stories should be completed no later than February 28, 2007. Participants may post their stories any time before that, in whatever forum they wish, but must at least post a link here in the community.

Community Guidelines

• This is an open community, and all participants in the challenge are encouraged to join!
  
• Participants should either post their story here, or link to their story posted elsewhere.
  
• Please use the following format when posting:

  You may also include ratings, disclaimers, author's notes, etc., if you wish, as well as the photo prompt, as long as you include the above.
  
• Participants are asked to tag their fic with both "challenge 5" and the appropriate fandom.
  
• As a consideration to other users, please place all pictures behind an lj-cut.
