1. Akutagawa Jirou
Jirou is a 3rd Year student at Hyoutei Gakuen and a regular of the tennis club. He spends most of his time either fanboying Marui Bunta or sleeping. In contrast to his ocher hair colour in the anime, his hair is actually yellow in the manga o.O
I love him because he's extremely cute when he's admiring Marui Bunta and they're one of my OTPs next to Silver Pair (see below for more info ;D)... Further I'm pretty similar, since I often tend to abuse the word AWESOME as well and also admring Keigo, Fuji and Marui >.<
2. Claymore
The shounen anime/manga Claymore is to the greatest possible extent about extremely awesome female worriers kickassing some yoma. In my opinion the characters are made of win, especially Galatea and Teresa-sama.
My favourite shounen series besides HUNTERxHUNTER, what's more, Claymore is the only anime that made me cry till now ;_; [in ep 08 - in which Teresa was killed by Priscilla (spoiler) I really cried all night, even though I had a physics exam the next day that I indeed totally bungled, since I couldn't concentrate ;D]. I've never envisioned that something fictional could stirr that many emotions in me...
3. Fai
Fai/Fay/Fye is a character from Tsubasa RESERvoir Chronicle, he's well-known for adding cute suffixes to Kurogane's name. Another trade mark is is "Hyuuuu~" which is an onomatopoeia for whistling, he actually can't whistle.
He's cute and smexy,in addition, I only watched Tsubasa Chronicle because of Fai XD
Heard that the manga is MUCH better though, should finally continue reading >.<
4. Inui Juice
The most underrated, underestimated weapon in Prince of Tennis is Inui Juice... yes it is even more fearsome then Ryoma's "AWESOME" Twist Serve. My wish that Inui Juice would kill Ryoma or the whole uglyFudomine Tennis Club (minus Shinji since he's the only one I don't hate) haven't been fullfilled yet though... ;D
5. Mizuki Hajime
St. Rudolph's Tennis club manager, who's addicted to purple and both Fuji Yuuta and Fuji Shuusuke lol OT3?!.
My fav. SeiRu player who deserves much more screen time than Fudomine^^ and I'm still shocked that he never sang any character songs, not even a Best of Rival Players was released with Mizuki. Intelligent and good-looking tsundere characters are moe XD
6. Rikkai Daigaku Fuzoku
Rikkai is one of the rival schools in Prince of Tennis, which consist of a sweets addict, 2 cosplay fetishists, and many other interesting characters. Furthermore they are considered the strongest middle school team in tenipuri, before they played Seigaku o.O; still can't believe that Sanada lost to Ryoma. Not much is known about the captain Yukimura, but I'm totally convinced that he's totally kickass and will teach Ryoma a lesson in the S1 match ;D (at least I hope, we all know that Seigaku never loses D;)
7. Silver Pair
My all time favourite pair'ing in which consist of Shishido Ryou (3rd Year) and Ootori Choutarou (2nd Year) from Hyoutei Gakuen. Despite the short time they've been playing with each other, they are the most successful Doubles pairing in Tenipuri [they haven't lost any doubles matches], probably thanks to their complementary personalities and their unlimited trust.
OMG, they are just super adorable together, I melt everytime Choutarou calls Ryou "Shishido-sa~n" *kyaa* XDD and not to mention, their love is the most CANON no, it's not just my imagination. ANYONE who seperates these two is evil ;_;
I can assure you that you WILL convert to my OTP after reading the Bougainvillea doujinshis by RETROJUNKI that are available as scanlations by otakupink. Further informations about the canon pairing can be obtained here, a in-depth analysis written by green_tea_river.
