Still alive, for now.

Today was busy, and crazy. I practiced, wrote a little (not enough), got eaten alive by mosquitos at BUGWB, checked out those flute cds, and went to an awesome Baylor Brass concert. Now, it's off to NaNo, a shower, tea, and maybe sleep.

This week is also going to be insane. I used the concert to plan out the rest of this week, and I can only hope that I can make it alive to Thursday, which is my least busy day all week. At lease we don't have a game this Saturday, though I will still be getting up too early to go to Austin with my family. Not that I don't love my family, or Austin, but I'd dearly love to sleep in. But hey! I need tea and real Tex-Mex, and Austin is the place for both. Plus, it gets me out of my dorm room, and hopefully by a grocery store.

This month's blog entries are going to be varyingly sized, with my writing time being taken up by NaNoWriMo. I know it was probably a really stupid idea to do that this year, but I'm too stubborn to back out now. And, I'd really like to have more to show for it than the measly 300 words I have right now.

From the Top is recording in Jones Hall next Wednesday. I need to buy my tickets.
