So today didn't turn out to be as bad as I thought. I actually got told by my flute professor that I sounded like I'd improved, I've gotten (most likely) a ride to Duncanville for DMI, and I've finally started feeling better. Oh, and my keys were at the front desk, not in the trash like I feared they might be. So over all, thought the day was full of stress and worry and lots of running, it averaged out to be a decent day.
I even wrote again.
I don't know if I'll post it here, or if I'll make myself a "dash-k-dash creative!writing" journal. Should I? Please answer in comments. The way I see it, there are three options- post my more structured (structured meaning creative, not actually with structure) here, in my daily posts, but with a creative!writing tag, post that stuff on this journal, but as separate entries (which would mean I might be able to html in some invisible text to stump plagiarists), or I could get a (third, the first two being this and the BUGWB comic, which, sadly, is lying dormant right now while I deal with life) journal specifically for that purpose.
For today, I think I'll post what I wrote as a separate entry, using only the creative!writing tag and all the other stuff, so look for it after this one. But I'll probably retro-date it so this shows up first. So look for the post (I'll come back and edit in a link) that's "posted" right before this one. (/business talk)
Tomorrow looks decent. Musicianship then piano, and I've already done my lab for this week. Then a break, then religion, then a break, then studio, then I'm done for the day, seeing as I'm not going to Mass Meeting. It's going to be cold tomorrow, though- the high is 70 and that's in the morning, with it falling towards 47-49ish all day. So it'll definitely be sweater weather, and I'll be making either tea or hot chocolate. I might even take the hot chocolate to class with me tomorrow, in a vain attempt to stay warm.
It rained on and off all day-and, as is my luck, it didn't rain while we were having indoors BUGWB rehearsal, but as soon as we headed outside, it started to pour. Well, not pour, but as soon as we started walking over, it started sprinkling, then dribbling, then raining a little, then raining, then, by the time he finally called "bring it in", it was raining hard. I didn't even go to the cherry-picker, choosing instead to go straight to my case to try to spare my piccolo any more damp. Then it was the long walk back to Collins, where I discovered that my hair has suddenly decided to go wavy when it gets wet.
Then, after BUGWB practice, I ate (more than a salad for the first time in a couple of days), and then chilled, seeing as I have no homework due tomorrow, amazingly enough. Then I copyedited Kristen's paper (twice), chilled with her, talked to Chappie, and figured out my ride for going home.
All in all, a decent day, I think.
