Damn...I'm still a ringer
I'm rewatching Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring and it's interesting how all my geeky tendancies popped back up. All the Tolkien knowledge I read about, "studied," back in high school when I couldn't get enough of LotR; all the "unsaid" things that characters didn't say that I'd quip to myself or whoever I was watching with; the penchant for the Very Secret Diaries; how I wanted to be Galadriel SO bad; how much I love her pep talk--that's really more of a "I'm not gonna see you again and you're taking my grand-daughter with you speach--to Aragorn when she calls him Elessar :)
Anyway...Boromir's about to get shot. Boromir doesn't mess around and needs 3 arrows--the last one at close range--to take him down.
