(no subject)
yesterday brian and i went to boston to celebrate me almost having a job. i wanted to go on a little mini vacation but we don't have any time to plan anything, so maybe for his winter break when i actually have some real money.
but anyways, we went to museum of science, which is always a lot of fun. nothing quite like two engineers walking around a science museum playing with all the stuff they learned about in school. i think the electricity room was our favorite. there were huge tesla coils and lightening generators. it was all quite a site.
after the museum we went out to eat. it was very delitious. i had beer battered mahi tacos and they were excellent. i was stuffed beyond belief but still could not pass up the desert. i had a chocolate cheesecake which was also excellent.
we then walked around in the rain until it was show time. we saw the blue man group. i've been wanting to see them ever since they became the intel dudes. and they were every bit as exciting as i had hoped. the show ended with a sort of dance party and strobe lights. it was all a lot of fun. i recommend it to everyone.
we got home after 2 this morning.
