Voldemort ghost headcanon

Following the Battle of Hogwarts, the castle acquires a new ghost. It is more insubstantial than the other ghosts, and cannot be seen at all, except in darkness or very low light. Even then, it is hard to make out more than a vague shape. Students call it “the Tall Man”, and they avoid it. It makes them uncomfortable. Even the other ghosts want nothing to do with it. Sometimes, if one listens very closely, a hissing, whispering sound can be heard coming from it, but it is usually impossible to make out any words. It is not substantial enough to affect the world around it in any way. This is the only immortality Voldemort gets.

It also now has an addendum headcanon: What if the reason why no one can understand Voldemort’s ghost is because he’s speaking parseltongue? And one day another parselmouth arrives at Hogwarts…
