Yeaaah, I went ahead and bought myself a paid account. I break easily.
Anyway, thanks for the birthday wishes, guys. :) I had a great dinner with friends and got to spend time with people I haven't seen in a while. The presents were just gravy. Blake got me the Repo DVD, Jacqueline brought back an awesome Nightmare on Elm Street shirt from her stint at Comic-Con and Shawn gave me a giant Hershey's chocolate bar with a homemade Wonka Golden Ticket inside. He's too much.
However, yesterday wasn't 100% perfect. Blake's cat, Mandy, had to be put down. Apparently his mom is taking it the hardest out of his family. :( I know what that's like, but I told him that the pain will pass and you'll be left with wonderful memories of the years when your pet was happy and healthy.
In closing, here's a tip of the hat to two more July babies. ♥
