Well, I'm back from basic training. I'm a lean, mean, fighting machine.. haha. Really though, I'm in a lot better shape than when I left.
what else.. oh, I did well on my AP tests.. I got a 5 on music theory, on both aural and non aural stimulus, so that's really exciting.. but I wanna take the test again this year because it was so much fun.. I loved it. Speaking of theory, before I left for basic, I came up with a neat idea for screen names: musical screen names!!!
● I V vi iii IV I
- a nice, cheerful chord progression
(the first 6 of 8 chords in Pachelbel's canon)
but let's say you're feeling a little down one day.. there's the "format screen name" function on AIM, so you can switch the cases of the letters to something like..
● i v VI III iv i
- and there you have it, AIM screen name music theory.. yay! (that example was using one of my personal 'musical screen names', the Pachelbel one)
