(no subject)
so i wrote an entry a little while ago about some upcoming changes. that one is no longer true haha.
i will still be living on campus next semester. i just can't afford to live off-campus yet. and plus i'll be in central and SO close to the FAC and franks. no more taking the bus to class!
as for my major, i'm keeping piano as my major instrument. i am still going to take minor clarinet lessons though. this is because i figured out what i'm going to do for my thesis and piano plays a big role in it. my thesis is going to be on the influence of commedia del arte in the songs of debussy and faure. SO excited. :)
have to run it by whaples but shannon said it was an awesome topic so whapes should be cool with it.
and i'm going to try and take french art song as an independent study with nadine.

i hope something will happen.

and i've been sad lately.
it'll be a year for my dad on the 16th.
it's so weird that it's been that long.
i remember so vividly what it was like this time last year.
it was so unsettling and crazy and full of anxiety. ahh.
i hope i'll be somewhat okay in the next few weeks...there's so much to do.
but i have such great friends so i think i'll be okay.
