(no subject)
Hi all
Well, its still grey here, but NOT RAINING. Sorry for moaning on about it, it affects my mood, but I'll be positive, and think about going to Galway next week.
The dinner went very well - li'l bro loved it. We had strawberries for afters - Irish ones, they're just in, and there's nothing like them, theyre so sweet and tasty.
Working this afternoon, I volunteered to do it, one because its rather gloomy weather, two because I enjoy it and have fun with the lady who runs the shop, and three so that I can avoid tidying up here! lol
Mind you, I'll have to do some serious tidying tomorrow, 'cos my very tidy brother is coming over to get used to Sweetie's routine (my cat) so he can look after her next week, and I think he'd have a thing or two to say about my (very lived-in - all right, downright scruffy!) place. Any suggestions for major tidy-ups, anyone out there? All contributions gratefully received!
I want to wash my hair - it got very wet yesterday, and looks like a demented mop, but I got a rather bad burn on my right hand the other night when I was making a cheese toastie, and am afraid I could do some damage. So I'll have another cuppa and listen to Josh (procrastination, anyone?!)
