(no subject)
So I come home and I still have a cough, and my dad, with me complaining every step of the way, insists that I get it checked out. Turns out it's pneumonia. Hooray! Personally, I thought pneumonia was a more debilitating disease than a persistent cough, but I guess that's what it escalates into if it's ignored (like I was planning to do). Dodged a bit of a bullet there, I guess.
Still thinking about Christmas shopping...my thought is that if I figure out exactly what I'm going and buying everyone, then the actual process of doing it will be relatively stress-free and painless. Of course then I'm doing shopping on the 22nd and 23rd, but at least it's STRESS-FREE shopping.
Got all my grades back for the previous semester, and I'm pretty happy with myself, especially because there's no unpleasant surprises. Now I need to learn to maintain the kind of work I put into the last few weeks of this semester across a whole semester.
Going to go visit the UMaine friends tomorrow afternoon, which always ends up being a pretty sweet time.
