A Summary Of This Boring Day's Events

Jan 17, 2006 23:40

Once again, even around the same time, I am all ready for bed. (Here's going to be a little gloat): I completely finished all my algebra 2 homework which took about forty-five minutes, so that's all done; my room is really clean from my weekend tidying up; all the laundry's done, so I have two weeks' worth to go through--yes! Also, my piano area is really organized as well with all my sheet music.

Today was satisfactory. My preparedness did suit me well in the long run, and I am glad. I woke up at 7 AM, so it was too late to go to zero period, but that's all right. I had breakfast, took a shower, and we left on time. Chemistry class wasn't that bad; we mainly reviewed a bunch of things for the test tomorrow. P.E. was really fun since we played volleyball again.

I lost my appetite at lunch, so all I did was have a cookie during third period. Algebra 2 was completely jam-packed with work, and so was AP Music Theory. It was basically three hours all together of constant thinking.

After school I promptly went home and from about 3:30 - 4:30 PM I used LJ. After that, I took a one-hour nap or so. Later, I had a great Italian dinner. (This is so interesting, isn't it?) I practiced piano from about 6 - 6:30 PM, sight reading some jazz pieces for my upcoming gig, and then left for community band.

The whole time I didn't do much but work on my algebra 2 homework or play piano in the ensemble room. I mean, I participated some of the time, but not as much as I could have. During the break, Derek and I went into the auditorium and checked some things out--it was fun.

Rehearsal ended at 8:30 PM and Sharaya's grandpa gave me a ride home. However, we first went to Baskin Robins and I got a great flavor of ice cream--it was so awesome; it made my night even better, heh.

When I got home, I watched American Idol from around 9 - 10 PM, went on LJ, chatted, and yeah, this is insanely boring. (Ha, these are what my updates all throughout 2004 were like.) Back to normal-sized text for the un-boring stuff.

There is really nothing on the agenda for tomorrow. I will hopefully have a free night where I can practice or just plain relax; something like that would be much appreciated. I know I may have promised a picture post for tomorrow, but I didn't realize this algebra 2 homework would take so long to complete. And, I didn't realize until this afternoon that community band WAS tonight--that took another three hours of my time. It'll happen soon, though--I promise.
