We had a wonderful dinner last night. We discovered that the amount of time written on the turkey bag for how long you cook it is way too low. You have to add another hour at least. Everything tasted good when we actually ate it though. I am now making the turkey stock out of the left over carcas. Whenever they get those great turkey soup recipes on foodnetwork, I will be ready to make one. Tonight we go to the Jones's and do it all over again with them and the Bonifes. Yay, I love my extra family, and they make good food too. Watched the Meier and Frank Parade this morning. Sometime today or tomorrow I need to get all our lights up. I love it when our yard has more lights than most of them, and I did it all myself. Makes me feel like a good money saver not to have to hire someone to put up lights.
