HELP! PLEASE!
I'm trying to make phone themes for Fred (my phone), and I was wondering if you could help me out by pointing me in the direction of some really great tutorials you've used to make your icons, banners, headers, wallpapers, etc.
I'm not talking of just coloring, but tutorials (or COMMUNITES, as LJs new search function is terrible) that use brushes, textures and effects?
