[He keeps his voice low, but not far from the cafeteria there's a loud crash as Alex is not taking any kind of care to be stealthy. Oh there he is, running towards Naoto, looking surly as ever.]

[Naoto is hiding behind the counter, not willing to peek out when there's crying. Damn that girl playing games, damn this place for being haunted, and--]

[She moves to the side on reflex. Where is this duplicate getting more toys? Other Naoto just waves a butcher's knife, smiling.]

[Alex is using his infected vision so he doesn't even see Naoto's shadow. He does pick up on Naoto's heat signature though and lands beside the counter, denting the tile floor.]

C'mon. [His voice is an irritated growl.] You're leaving now.

[Alex gives her a puzzled look before glancing over his shoulder. He doesn't seem to notice the scalpels buried in his mid back that were meant for Naoto before the thing had vanished.]

I didn't see anything coming here. [He stands and juts out a hand, offering her help up.] Did you escape?
