A lot of myths and legends articulate and attest the beginnings of the vampires’ race. Just like in the writings, it is believed that the beginnings of the vampires are humans, who are bitten by a rare kind of bats, called vampire bats. Vampire bats are bats that feed on fresh blood to survive, they are only vigorous when the sun sets down and are often asleep when the sun is up high in the sky. They are characterized to have blood-coloured eyes that glow in the dark, these eyes helps them see through the dark clearly and it is believed that the sun irritates them that is why they never go out when the sun is still up high.
Clearly vampires acquired their name and characteristics from their ancestors, who are bats. The following generations of vampires had started to adapt to the changes and innovations causing them to acquire new abilities to survive in the persistent change of the world. Vampires are now more knowledgeable and are more intelligent. They are starting to get used to feeding on fresh animal blood rather than human blood in order to maintain a peaceful life along with human race.
They are avoiding extinction as well because they know humans are capable of annihilating their race. Current generations of vampires are characterized to have a very seducing appearance, they are perfect in every way. Their eyes and every single part of their bodies are seducing and are alluring. They are now capable of depending on animal blood alone in able to survive and to live a peaceful life among the human race. They are smart and talented. They are immortals and are capable of healing themselves whenever they are injured or wounded but it requires blood, nightwalkers are an exception for this cause they do not have the ability to heal.
They do not turn into bats but they are nocturnal beings, meaning they usually sleep when the sun is high up in the sky and wakes up when the sun sets down. They are not weak against garlic, its smell just simply irritate their nose, which is why they hate it.
They cannot die unless someone will take their hearts off them, behead them or unless someone will use a weapon made out of pure silver and is steeped in holy water to kill them. They will not turn into ash if they step out into the sun but their eyes and skin gets irritated at once causing them to weaken and once they do, they will need blood to regain their strengths back. Vampires are able to go near or inside holy places, they will not die being near or inside them unless if the vampire is a nightwalker.
Vampires are immune to the ravages of diseases and of aging, once they reached the age of 30, they stop from aging. However, once deprived of blood for a long time they start to get ill or weaken and age, which may cause them to die eventually. Upon ingesting fresh blood, they eventually turn back to how they look before and become strong again.
Vampires are categorized into three groups: The purebloods, the noble-bloods and the nightwalkers.
The purebloods are the very first generations of vampires, the ones who are purely vampires and those who are an offspring of two vampires. They are monarchs or the highest class of vampires and they are bestowed with powers that only pureblooded vampires alone can have. They use these powers to protect themselves as well as the whole clan. Purebloods are respected and feared by noble-bloods because they are capable of wiping out every noble-blooded vampire all over the world.
The noble-bloods are the half-breeds or the humans that are once vampires and was turned by a pureblood. They are immortal and they stop aging as well when they reach the age of 30 but they do not have powers like the Purebloods does. They are not weak against sunlight and are not nocturnal; they are still humans though they cannot rely to human food anymore as their source of strength. Noble-bloods are created to be Purebloods’ servants and army. A human that is turned by a pureblood is obligated to follow and serve the vampire who turned them as their masters. It is strictly forbidden to rebel against the Purebloods for they are the ones who created the noble-bloods.
The nightwalkers are ill humans who are nearing to die or those that are criminals and are wrongdoers who are bitten by the vampire bats. They are also humans bitten by a half-breed vampire or those who are turned unwillingly. They are the kind of vampires that are deranged and those who had completely forgotten their human mannerisms and instinct and tends to attack humans randomly without hesitation. They are the kind of vampires that cannot survive on animal blood alone, since their human bodies are ill and is suffering from sins. They are not immortals but they cannot be killed using simple weapons alone, they have to be killed using holy weapons that are made of pure silver or by taking their hearts out of their bodies.
After the outbreak of the nightwalkers, a bloody and terrifying war against the human and vampire race had begun. A lot of humans and vampires died until one day the son of the leader of the human race fell in love with a Pureblooded maiden who is one of the children of the leaders of the first generation of vampires. The human and the maiden’s love bear a child, their first born who was a human. After the birth of this child, the war between humans and vampires ended and both races decided to join forces to slay every living nightwalker all over the world.
After a few years, the humans and the vampires discovered a city hidden on the other side of the forests. This city was like a paradise, peaceful, beautiful and full of life. It became a sanctuary for both humans and the vampires and so they called it, Oasis. The Vampires decided to establish a council called The Pureblood council, which is head by Purebloods. They aim to slay every single nightwalker living on earth and to defend Oasis from them.
At the same time, Humans had established an association for hunters called, The Moon Hunters Association, which aims to help the Pureblood Council in defending Oasis and slaying the nightwalkers. The Moon Hunters Association was created as well to provide assistance and safety to the Purebloods.
Not so long, The Tsukibara Gakuen was established as well. It is a school intended for both humans and vampires. Aims to establish a harmonic environment between young humans and vampires. It also aims to produce new generations of hunters who will help the Pureblood Council to depend Oasis. Educates young vampires to rely on animal blood alone to survive and to act humanly around humans.
Alongside the founding of these establishments and organizations, laws and rule were established as well to maintain order and unity among humans and vampires.

The Pureblood Council and Moon Hunters Association’s Ordain:

1. Obey and respect the Purebloods as well as the members of the Moon Hunters Association.
2. It is strictly forbidden to kill or threaten a Pureblood’s life as well as a member of the Moon Hunters Association, anyone who will try to do so will be sentenced to death by the council.
3. A Purebloods’ powers are very limited to humans, noble-bloods and nightwalkers alone. A pureblood who would dare to harm another Pureblood or a member of the Moon Hunters Association shall face death.
4. A Pureblood cannot use its power on humans or noble-bloods without the council and the association’s permission. A Pureblood who will try to do so shall be given a lethal punishment by the council and the association.
5. Any member of the Moon Hunters Association who dares to kill or threaten a Pureblood’s life shall be sentenced to death by the Association.
6. Humans are not obliged to obey or respect the Purebloods but anyone, whether it is a human or a noble-blood, who disrespects or rebels against the Purebloods shall have a fatal punishment awaits them from the council and the association.
7. Only Purebloods are allowed to turn a human into a vampire. A noble-blood who will try to do so will be given a lethal punishment by the council.
8. Noble-bloods are obliged to serve and protect the Purebloods with their lives. Noble-bloods shall follow their masters, the purebloods who turned them into vampires. Anyone who will disobey will be punished by the council.
9. Noble-bloods are not obliged to respect and obey the members of Moon Hunters Association but anyone who disrespect or rebels against them shall be punished by the Council and the Association.
10. A human that is not willing to be turned will never become a vampire. There are only two possible things that can happen to the person who was bitten by a Pureblood without its own will. First, it could suffer and die gradually or second, become a nightwalker. It is a crime to turn an unwilling human into a vampire, so any Pureblood who will do this shall be punished/
11. Humans bitten by a noble-blood or a nightwalker, whether they are willing to be bitten or not, can suffer and die gradually or become a nightwalker and any noble-blood who will turn humans will be sentenced to death by the Council and the Association.
12. Any pureblood that turns an unwilling human into a vampire shall be punished by the council and the association.
13. A human who is willing to be turned can ask the council. However, one must have a reasonable excuse for wanting to do so. If that person does not have a good reason then he/she will not be turned.
14. Any human or vampire that dares to start trouble or do crimes in Oasis shall be punished by the council and the association.
15. Purebloods and members of the Moon Hunters Association must be humble, kind, just and helpful towards the humans and noble-bloods. Anyone who shows ill manners towards humans and noble-blooded vampires shall face a fatal consequence from the council and the association.
16. Purebloods, members of the Moon Hunters Association, noble-bloods and humans are all obliged to obey and respect the current heir of the vampire clan and the current administrator of the Moon Hunters Association. Anyone who disobey and disrespects them shall face a fatal punishment from the council and the association.
17. Relationship between humans and vampires is officially permitted by the council and the association as long as the couples remain serenely together. If ever their relationship starts to clutter, then the council and the association would be forced to disrupt the said relationship and will do their very best to resolve the problem. Until then, the couple must be separated. If ever the problem is irresolvable, then the couple must stay separated forever.
18. Relationship between the Purebloods and the members of the Moon Hunters Association is permitted as well as the relationships between a Pureblood and a Noble-blood, a Pureblood and a human, a human and a noble blood, a human and a member of the Moon Hunters Association and between Noble-bloods and members of the Moon Hunters Association. Same procedures as of the 16th ordain applies to resolve any tribulations between the said relationships.
19. Minor offenders shall be given considerable punishments by the council and the association. Anyone who will offend the council and the association’s decrees once again after being sentenced with a considerable punishment shall be sentenced to a fatal one. Major offenders shall be sentenced to death at once by the council and the association.
20. Anyone who dares to disobey and neglect these decrees shall be sentenced to death by the council and the association.
