I hung out with Christian friends all day today and it was great. I went to church tonight. I don't have any anxiety. Laura is going to keep me accountable and told me to call her if I ever try to contact him again.

I finally decided to join my church Saturday night (Columbia Baptist). They are like my family away from home so it just seemed like the natural thing to do especially after going there for two years.
