Thursdays Are the Anti-Monday
There were lots of people today! It was such a relief. There was me, Sue, Kathy, Paul, Aaron, Jacob, Billy and a new guy- Michael (who happens to be Paul's son). We were able to work at a nice, steady pace and finished at seven. Had the backroom cleared by ten thirty and were sent on little assignments afterwards. Every day needs to be like this.
Also, the guy who was working with us for awhile there? I got to see him today back in the deli and he's the awesomest. He gave my four extra pieces of chicken and threw in some popcorn chicken as a side since everything else but the potato wedges had been removed for closing. It was num.
...And also the point where I realized that I actually have fifty more dollars than I thought I had. XD Whoo, cash!
I've been relaxing now for most of the night. Played the TMNT PC game some more- I've gotten all three shells on all of the challenge maps with the exception of the fourth. I have no idea why I can't beat it! Today I got my best time on it (!6.93 seconds) and it still didn't do it. >.< I is not happy with this.
Finally called it quits for the night there and went to work on a new one-shot idea I had. Got a whole page done! This is pleasing! Makes me feel a little more normal to be writing again, at least. ^_^
