Yan Yan is My Comfort Food
I'm currently eating the Yan Yan I got for my party yesterday. Delicious stuff. Almost makes me feel better.
Had another No Sale today. I'm told each time I have a good sales pitch, and that they'd love to buy- but they just can't at the moment and I should see them again in a few weeks when they get paid.
I personally have no problem with this. But in the office, this is called a 'Promise Order'. They don't like Promise Orders, because after some time, a lot of people either forget or they don't want the product as much anymore (choosing to spend their money on something else that's caught their eye). And while I can understand this... I think most of the people I've spoken to thus far will be good on their word, ya know?
I just don't know how to call it in. (sigh) I'm leaving for Portland on Thursday, so I was going to call in some vacation time. Maybe I'll take the next three days off too. (shrugs)
Anyways, thanks to everyone who helped Fossil grow up! He's an Earth Dragon, it seems. Pretty neat! I might get another dragon or two tonight. But in the mean time, take a look at how they grew up!
